Shipping and delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours from the United Kingdom, shipped via Royal Mail or DHL. Other couriers may be used for some destinations. Most products are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks; specialty appliances and pre-order units can take longer, and express shipping is available on certain units on request. Shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout.

International customs charges and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected by Timebeat.

Warranty

All hardware carries a 3 month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused in use or installation is not covered.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact sales@timebeat.app and we will repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our platform provides a comprehensive, real-time view of your clock sync status across all systems, helping you move beyond basic accuracy to complete observability. Whether you're operating in a Network Operations Centre or diagnosing system issues, having access to rich, detailed metrics is essential.

With intuitive, metric-rich dashboards, Timebeat makes it simple to monitor synchronisation health at a glance, identify anomalies quickly, and provide verifiable evidence of synchronization performance. It's not just about knowing your clocks are in sync—it's about being able to prove it with confidence.

Steps to select the right package

  • Pay as you go - no minimum subscription

    Sync Insight has no minimum subscription period, you are only billed for what you use. Applied monthly in arrears, calculated on a daily basis of unique hosts logging and on your data retention settings. At any point you can amend your data retention which will only apply to new data on the following day.

  • Determine data retention period

    Online data allows for detailed analysis of historical events. Choose from 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days. For longer periods our sales team can set this up for you. Once your online data exceeds the period it will be taken offline and deleted.

  • Register your unique subscription name

    Your subscription name will form the base of your installation. You wont be able to change this at a future date. This name will be personal to you and must be completed.

Upon completion of your order, your Insight platform will start up automatically.

An email will be sent across to the email address used to register for the platform containing log in details and how to set up your devices to log to the Insight platform.

Your billing cycle is calculated at the end of the month based on your daily usage metrics. The only two metrics that effects your billing is data retention period and number of unique devices running.

Each day the number of devices logging is calculated. Your data retention period is managed at a global level and set within the subscription itself.

This allows for seamless scaling up and down throughout the subscription only billing you for actual usage.
