Shipping policy

All orders ship from our facility in the United Kingdom.

Where we ship. We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and Japan. Available shipping options and exact costs for your address are shown at checkout.

Dispatch times. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us. Most products are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks; specialty appliances and pre-order units can take longer, and express shipping is available on certain units on request.

Carriers. We ship via Royal Mail or DHL. Other couriers may be used for some destinations.

Duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs charges and local taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected by Timebeat.
